The Library and Media Resources Cooperative is designed to provide LEAs with a variety of standards-based learning resources to compliment curriculum across all content areas. By joining this cooperative, LEA library personnel receive specialized support to meet LEA instructional goals through enhancement of modern library programming that enhances student experiences and overall achievement. Members also benefit from discounted service pricing for Discovery Education and Living Science Materials as well as special coop pricing for trainings and unlimited telephone technical support.

Included with all Discovery Education subscriptions, it is an online multimedia presentation and creation tool for you and your students. Living Science Materials & Van Delivery
Member LEAs are provided with Living Science Materials of over 100 living specimens! Small mammals (hamsters, rats, mice and gerbils), non-poisonous snakes, fish, live frogs, plants, flower and vegetable seeds, micro-organisms, preserved specimen, prepared petri dishes and de-ionized water may be ordered by participating LEAs at no cost to teachers. Teachers are encouraged to incorporate these engaging materials into day-to-day teaching activities for a customized interactive learning environment. Materials are delivered once a week to a designated school location. Members also benefit from free delivery of any materials ordered from the ESC-2 Print Shop during scheduled weekly deliveries.
